Free Magazines

I currently receive over a dozen magazines each month…and I don’t pay for any of them! Honestly, I can’t really read this many magazines but they are free!  I look through them and then post them on Ebay. So not only do I receive free magazines, I actually make a couple of dollars on them when I am done! You can also donate these to a nursing home or charity.

So how can you get free magazines?  There are several sites that offer free subscriptions.  Once you are on their mailing list you will receive future offers for more free magazines. All it takes is a few answers to some questions, usually about your business. No credit card ever needed!

Value Mags offers free magazine subscriptions – no strings attached. Answer a few questions to get your first magazine subscription instantly! Each answered question earns you points, spend those points on magazines of your choice. The more surveys you take, the more points you earn, the more magazines you can get. An example of the magazines offered today: Popular Mechanics, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping.

The other is Mercury Magazines.  This site offers free magazines on a regular basis but also features business magazines and is geared towards businesses.  It will ask you about information on your business and you may have to answer some questions about your business.  If you don’t have a business, create one…at least for this site!  The current magazine offered is Outside but they will email you with new ones fairly regularly.

FreeBizMag offers more business oriented magazines but will also offer nonbusiness free subscription or sweepstakes. You must answer a few questions about your business – be creative.

*How to sell Magazines on Ebay: I usually group three or four issues together when I post on Ebay for $4.99 shipping in a priority flat rate envelope.  You can print the postage on Ebay, tape to the priority mailer, and place it in your mailbox.  Super easy to do.
